    • So what did it actually taste like exactly? Rancid eggnog mixed with broccoli water, pineapples, and garnished with a little nutmeg and a final hint (just a hint) of celery. It smells great. It smells like gingerbread cookies coated in cinnamon, it’s even a nice light brown color but do not be fooled! Once you actually mix this in water it turns green and has a taste not many people could stomach.

A few months back I reviewed the Regard Indescret Set [my review] from Babeland made by Bijoux Indiscrets.  Lucky me, Babeland sent me the Bliss Bliss Kit, another awesome kit by the same manufacturers in Spain.  I really cannot rave about these kits enough.  They are simple, yet elegant and contain excellent quality products that any woman would love to receive as a gift.  At least I can speak for myself and say that I would love to receive them, so thank you Babeland, my not-so-secret admirers!

First, these kits come in black tin cases with a matte flower print.  There is a peel-off label that comes easily off with detergent and hot water, and then the box is very lovely and discrete, so you can keep it on your bedside table without anyone thinking it is anything other than a jewel case.  I love these sexy little tins and want to collect them all.

But, it is probably what is inside that little black box that is even more exciting.  The Bliss Bliss Kit contains a black silk blindfold printed with reversible messages: “Ooh!” on one side, and “Shhhh…” on the other; a black marabou feather tickler and a 30ml bottle of massage gel.  The blindfold is very sensual and luxurious against the skin and I felt like I was in “9 ½ Weeks” when I placed it over my eyes waiting for Mickey Rourke to feed me fresh strawberries with his fingertips.  Mmmm!  The feather tickler feels wonderful flickered across your nakedness, especially if you are wearing the blindfold and don’t know exactly where you lover is going to tease you with it next.

The massage gel is actually more like a slippery silicone liquid that is clear, unscented and has no discernable taste.  It makes your skin feel powdery silken smooth and I like the fact that it has no scent.  For once, a massage lotion with no scent, which means that it would be perfectly fine to use as a silicone lubricant as well.  It comes in a very beautifully designed gray floral bottle with a pump dispenser, so no worries about spills or dripping.  The lotion absorbs right into the skin leaving it silky, with no residue or oiliness what-so-ever.  The lotion is oil-free, condom/latex/toy friendly and does not stain sheets like regular massage oils.  The Bliss Bliss Massage Gel ingredients include Cyclopentasiloxane, dimethiconol, dimethicone.

  • Sinfully Soft Leather Collar and Cuffs from Sinvention by Raven Quince

    • I may be a submissive, but I’m not into pain, so comfort was very high on my list of requirements. I went to many of the sex toy sites and their collars just didn’t seem to cut it, they looked flimsy and uncomfortable.

    When I first pulled the Rainbow Bright glass dildo out its protective bubble wrap, I literally gasped because it was sooo pretty. Last week I reviewed the Share dildo by Fun Factory [my review].  This week I’m trying out the Feeldoe More by Tantus.  Like the Share, the Feeldoe is a strapless strap-on for dick-less fuckers (or cock challenged) regardless of gender.  Now, I don’t mean that sarcastically, because I am a dick-less fucker who enjoys the opportunity of becoming penis-empowered, via the use of the amazing strap-on cock invention.

The Feeldoe-like the Share-is a two-part strapless dildo.  I mentioned in my Share review that this “idea most likely evolved from double-ended dildos, except with the [Feeldoe], one end has a bulb which is inserted into the fucker, while the other end (la cock) is used for penetrating the fuckee”.  The Share features a bean-shaped bulb, while the Feeldoe’s is egg-shaped.  The difference is that the bean-shape works well as a G-spot or P-spot stimulator, although the Feeldoe’s egg-shaped bulb is stimulating to the fucker as well.  The Feeldoe as has a little slot where you can insert a small bullet vibe for added stimulation, but to be honest, the vibration wasn’t really enough to do much for me.

The Feeldoe, however, is designed for greater pleasure potential for the fuckee due to a few reasons.  First, it is much stiffer than the Share and therefore easier to insert into the fuckee.  Dance around with this cock on and you will notice that it doesn’t flop around as much as the Share.  Also, the Feeldoe More has extra length and girth, so it is a big hefty cock, for those who like to be filled to the max.

So How Does it Work?

Back in January, I reported on my blog Pop My Cherry about the Aphrodite Massager, nicknamed “the sure thing” as seen on the Oprah Winfrey show with Dr. Laura Bergman.  Just the endorsement of this vibrator by Oprah, in what has been called “the Oprah effect” and how it helped one woman overcome her orgasm obstacles (she climaxed for the first time in years) sent sales skyrocketing, and the sex toy sold out in less than two hours on every major sex store online.

And, while thousands of women waited for their Aphrodite on backorder, I decided to take another route and try Aphrodite’s twin sister the Warming Rechargeable Massager.  Although the Aphrodite retails from between $65-$70, the Warming Rechargeable Massager is almost less than half that price at around $45.

So what is the difference?  No much from what I can tell, except for color and the fact that the Aphrodite has a Greek Goddess name and is endorsed by the Berman Centre and Oprah.  Both vibrators feature plug-in rechargers, both have two speeds, both have 3 silicone massager heads, both feature a flexo-joint so it moves with you and swivel flex joints so the vibrator can be positioned for better dexterity.  In addition to the two-speed vibrations, both the Aphrodite and the Warming Rechargeable Massager have the soothing, warming power of Infra-red heat.  These toys seem to be nearly identical actually and both are made by California Exotics.  I am getting the Aphrodite next week, so will do a real comparison review of the two toys then.

How does the Warming Rechargeable Massager work?  Well, I was impressed by this toy.  I actually got it in the mail at the perfect time.  I was having a stressful week and had kinky neck and shoulder (not the good kind of kink either).  I had already tried Epsom salt baths, but the kink just got worse as the days went on.  Day three into the nasty kink, the massager showed up and I asked my partner to rub my neck and shoulder with it.  As a real massager for muscles the vibrations worked wonders on my neck and shoulder, giving me the relief I had been looking for.  On the low vibration speed, the infrared heat soothes the muscles, and although you can only feel a subtle warmth, it seemed to be working, in much the same way that Physical Therapists use infrared for treatment on an injury.  The infrared doesn’t work on the high setting, but the vibrations are fairly powerful and feel wonderful on the muscles.

As an intimate massager, the Warming Rechargeable Massager worked well too.  Both speeds got me aroused and tingling, but it was the high speed that got me to climax.  This massager has more power that a small clitoral stimulator, but not as much as the Hitachi, so I would place it somewhere in between.  The charge lasts an hour which is long enough to get the job done no matter what your intent.  The interchangeable massager heads are all different: one is smooth, one has bristles and the last is forked.  I preferred the smooth head for clitoral massage and the bristled head for scalp massage.  I love this massager for both muscle and intimate massage and am glad I tried the cheaper version of the Aphrodite first.  I’ll let you know next week, how these two really compare when put to the ultimate test.  If you are tired of waiting for the Aphrodite on backorder and want to see what all the hype is all about, hop on over to Tabu Toys to get a Warming Rechargeable Massager of your own.  Only you will know it is not the “real” thing, and nobody has to tell Oprah!
