Happy birthday, Lolita! Go wish her a happy birthday.

I started having problems with the back end of the blog this week. Since the beginning of the year, traffic has doubled. Hits, pageviews, sessions, everything. A nice problem to have, no? I upgraded the hosting but I’m still having problems and it’s making it hard to publish.

Which is why I am late in wishing Madeline Glass, Wendy Blackheart, Greydancer and Pink Pet a happy birthday. Here are some candles for you to blow out!

Madeline was Lolita’s demo bottom last night for her “Wax to the Max” workshop at the Lesbian Sex Mafia meeting. Lolita does such pretty work, doesn’t she? I wish you could’ve seen her apron which said “Stand back 200 feet.” The photo is dark because the lights were turned out and we were getting ready to sing “Happy birthday” to Madeline and Wendy.

I hope each of you has the very best of birthdays!

Flint is a busy boy, which is why he hasn’t written in awhile. But go wish him a happy birthday anyway.

I think it started when Susan found Jefferson, or perhaps with a comment. I was reading her blog because one of the techorati suggested I read it. And independently, she started reading one of my vanilla blogs. Then she wrote and said, “we should meet, yes? We have many things in common.” Little did we know!

Sometime last year, I started introducing her by saying, ‘she was one of our first champions.” She talked about the sex bloggers, identity and privacy, at Gnomedex, of all places (Figleaf was there).

Thanks to many tech tools (IM, Flickr, Twitter), we can share what’s going on in each other’s lives. I only wish I could have been part of the 5 day celebration that is her birthday.

Happy birthday to my dear friend Jefferson of One Life Take Two. It all started in January 2005, when I typed the words “sex blog” into Google. And look where we are now. ;-D

He’s off on a cruise with Dee. Walt would not be pleased.  (Jefferson says naughty sites are filtered out.)
