Blogroll cleanup

I’ve cleaned up a lot of entries out of the blogroll. If your blog is inactive (you haven’t posted since early February), or it’s lapsed and someone’s taken it over and it’s become a spam blog, I’ve deleted it.

If your blog has been relocated , etc. please email me and I’ll add it to my blogroll again.
