A lawyer for the East Meadow man accused of stealing nearly a quarter million dollars from a medical research foundation to help pay for S&M sessions with an Ohio dominatrix says his client is innocent and shocked to be in jail.
“He denies all the charges,” H. Herschel Katz said of his client, Abraham Alexander, 45, a former clerk in the accounts payable department at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation in Manhattan.
Alexander allegedly used at least $11,000 of the money to pay for $250-per-hour sadomasochism sessions with Lady Sage, whose Web site describes her as a professional dominator, and whom prosecutors said Alexander repeatedly flew in from her home in Columbus, Ohio.
